4dcai Platform Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dcai ("Platform", "we"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 4dcai.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature on this platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all the terms in this document;
• You agree to be bound by all the provisions stated;
• You meet all the eligibility requirements set out;
• Your use is of your own choice and personal responsibility.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

4dcai services are exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration;
• A person who is legally capable of entering into an agreement;
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme;
• Registering as a private individual — corporate accounts or organisations are not permitted;
• Providing accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved along with their balances.

4dcai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure requirements. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents.

3. User Account Management

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login details confidential;
• Ensuring your account information is kept up to date and accurate;
• Notifying 4dcai immediately if there is any unauthorised access;
• Not allowing any other party to use your account under any circumstances whatsoever.

4dcai is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account details. All activity carried out through your account will be considered your own actions unless strong evidence to the contrary can be provided.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 4dcai platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Applicable minimum limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request;
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 to 30 minutes subject to approval.

4dcai reserves the right to carry out compliance checks before approving any withdrawal request. This includes verifying that the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been fully met. Withdrawals involving bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The 4dcai welcome bonus offers a match of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be processed.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Additional conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash;
• 4dcai reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse;
• Limited-time promotions have their own expiry dates that must be observed;
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the time period set for each promotion.

6. Betting and Game Rules

All games and bets on the 4dcai platform are operated using certified technology to ensure fairness and transparency. Users agree to comply with the specific rules of each game available on the platform.

• The results of all games are final once the transaction is processed and cannot be disputed without strong technical evidence;
• Any internet connection disruption during a game session is the user's responsibility;
• The 4dcai VIP programme covers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with different weekly cashback rates;
• Sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is made; subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following actions on the 4dcai platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate game results;
• Colluding with other players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses;
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party;
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — any bugs found must be reported to support immediately.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, and 4dcai reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings involved while an investigation is conducted.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

4dcai is committed to protecting users' personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By using the 4dcai platform, you agree that:

• Your personal information may be used for identity verification, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes;
• Transaction data is stored securely and will not be sold to third parties without your consent;
• Marketing communications may be sent to you based on the preferences you set in your account settings.

9. Limitation of 4dcai's Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4dcai will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions;
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control, including server outages, system updates, or third-party infrastructure issues;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform;
• Any actions or omissions by third parties including payment providers or game software partners.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Users are free to close their account at any time by contacting 4dcai customer service via live chat or email. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure, provided all active wagering requirements have been met.

4dcai reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of these terms and conditions;
• There are indications of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• The user is found to be abusing the bonus or promotion system;
• The user fails to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

4dcai operates under an international licence and complies with the requirements of the relevant licensing authority. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be addressed through 4dcai's customer support channels in an amicable manner.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the arbitration or alternative resolution mechanism designated by our licensing authority. Users hereby agree not to pursue any class or collective legal action against 4dcai.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the written laws of the relevant licensing authority. Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
